How are start times handled globally?

We list schedules in UTC and convert to your local time in the catalog and planner. If a course includes live sessions, you’ll see both UTC and your detected local time.

Yes. Verified digital certificates are issued upon completion. They include your name, course title, completion date, and a verification reference.
